Ms. Moseley is charged with bringing her experience to assist the principals in all facets of Cobalt Property Group’s real estate development projects. Currently, Ms. Moseley is focused on the design efforts of Cobalt’s developments at Mary Street in Charleston and 2302 Middle Street on Sullivan’s Island, as well as the design and construction aspects of its Preservation Development Portfolio.
Ms. Moseley has spent over ten (10) years in the real estate development industry in both Washington, DC and Charleston, SC. Her responsibilities include acquisitions, financing, entitlements, design, construction, marketing, leasing, and operations. Ms. Moseley has experience in all types of commercial development including multi-family, office, industrial, retail, and healthcare. Prior to joining Cobalt in 2016, Ms. Moseley held positions with BE&K Building Group and Blake Real Estate in Washington, DC.
Ms. Moseley holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and an M.S. in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. She has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2009 and is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute, having served on the Young Leaders Group Steering Committee from 2006 until 2010.
